Simply upload an invoice to your Stitch Express dashboard, and we'll automatically read and extract the supplier's banking details and relevant payment information. Once reviewed and approved, the payment can be made directly from your available Stitch Express balance.

Before accessing Payouts, users must set up a passkey, a secure authentication method linked to their device, operating system or password manager.

Passkeys provide an additional layer of protection by reducing reliance on traditional passwords and helping prevent unauthorised access.

The right people, with the right permissions

As businesses grow, financial responsibilities are often shared across teams. However, the person preparing a payment isn't always the person who should authorise it.

Stitch Express Payouts supports this separation of responsibilities through clearly defined user permissions.

Team members can upload invoices and submit payout requests, while authorised Finance users and account Owners can approve payments. Finance and owners must authenticate using a passkey when approving payouts, adding an additional safeguard to the process.

This allows businesses to delegate everyday financial tasks while maintaining appropriate oversight of outgoing funds and a paper trail of who approved it.
